Engine Codes P0300, P0301, P0303 on my 2001 Audi TT 1.8L, what is the best solution?

These codes indicate a multiple misfire (P0300) and a misfire on cylinders #1 and #3. This can normally indicate and issue with jumped timing or a possible vacuum leak. May also indicate a faulty ignition coil and wire.
