Error code P0783 3-4 shift malfunction

Have 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 V8 5.2L, transmission 46RE auto 4x4. Code P0783 3-4 shift malfunction. Driving highway shifts to 4th, but then when I let up on gas, downshifts (drops RPM's) and then immediately without applying gas RPM's up. Any ideas would be appreciated Thanks

from what i have learned your problem could be the servo in your trans
