P0783 Jeep -

Question

My check engine light came on. Took it to get scan and code P0783 came up on the diagnostics comp
Is this something that could easily be repaired and also where is the solenoid that the code is referring to as a location or a diagram

P0783 Transmission 3-4 shift solenoid ,No RPM drop at lock up

This code condition is more than just a solenoid,if  it this was a solenoid that would be the solution , you would need to have P0753 as the code conition,if this is the only code, This is a transmission failure, One of the diagnostic for P0783 is the description of the transmission fluid, if there is heavy debris in the transmission pan the transmission has failed, Even if you replaced the solenoid 3-4, you will still need to test for pressure of the O.D. if that area fails the presssure test a rebuild is necessary.
