repeated errors after changing sensors

I am getting p0058, p04e0, c151c and u1148 on my Jeep 2008 wrangler. The fuel mileage is dropped to 13mpg. All of the O2 sensors have been changed. In addition the car does not respond well 0-10 mph then it takes off. Any thoughts?

Vehicle: 2008 Jeep Wrangler, 3.8L
