i replaced sensors engine light still on

I REPL;ACED ALL O2 SENSORS ON MY CHRYSLER CONCORDE 2004 ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON . CAN THIS BE A BAD RELAY . AND IF SO WHICH RELAY AND WHER IS IT LOCATED
