2001 Saturn SL1 hesitates, no check engine lamp on but shows code P0108 on reader.

This code is for the map sensor. This sensor determines the manifold pressure and aids in the fuel mixture. This could be the cause of the hesitation. Replacing it usually will resolve the issue, also check the vacuum lines to it as well. This could cause some issues.
