This code is for a gross evap leak, this means large leak. This has nothing to do with the vacuum on the truck. This is a leak in the fuel vapor recovery system. The truck should be smoke tested to locate the leak and then the repair should be made. Most of the time it is the vent control valve stuck open causing the leak code.
