how to fix p0301 on a nissan frontier 2004

i replaced the EGR and i put sea foam in the intake, engine, and fuel tank and everything was fine then a week later code p0301 code came up i changed my spark plugs check my spark plug wires what should i do next?

I would do a compression check on #1 cylinder. Also, check for vacuum leaks, with the engine running spray some carb cleaner around the intake manifold., If the idle smooths out, then it is a vacuum leak.
