2009 Chevrolet Cobalt with engine code P0011. What do these mean?

I am getting a P0011 code on my 2009 Chevy Cobalt. My service engine soon light comes on intermittently and runs a little rough when the light is on. I am also getting a p0001 code.
What do these mean? Thanks for any light you can shed on this dilemma.

The P0011 indicates that you have an issue with the Intake Camshaft Position System. More than likely the problem is with the Intake Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid. I suggest starting by changing the engine oil with factory recommended oil viscosity and clearing the code. If the problem, persists you must replace the Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid to fix the problem.
