eng. hard starting when setting over night

Question

started with gas cap evap code, changed fuel cap, now with fuel tank full to about quarter tank the check ing. lights on, after a quarter tank ,light gos off. now hard to start in morning.

This could be a problem with the purge control solenoid on this. When it sits overnight if the fuel vapors are able to go from the canister to the engine, it might be causing a flooding situation. This would make it hard to start
