2000 Hyundai Elantra 75,000 miles. Get P0441 code and hard to start after fill gas tank then starts fine. Sometimes get rough idle. replaced purge valve twice, fuel cap, and filler neck. Last check of codes had P0441, P0131, P0446. Should I change canister solenoid valve and forward O2 sensor or is this something else?

This code is for incorrect purge flow from the evap system. When you fill the tank the fuel vapors go into the charcoal canister. When the engine is running at certain speeds the purge control valve opens and allows the fuel vapors into the engine. It purges them from the canister. When you have issues after filling up it means the purge valve is open and the vapors are going into the intake manifold and flooding the engine. This is why you get hard starting after.

I would replace the purge control valve first, then clear the codes and see which reappear. The O2 and the P0446 codes could be caused by the faulty purge solenoid
