P0221 & P0120 BMW - 2006 750Li

Question

so i recently purchased a 06' 750li & i drove it for 2 weeks with no problems. One day i was driving then "engine malfunction , reduced power output" came up i drove it awhile longer then DSC failed. When i turn the car off & the reduced power output it no longer there then message goes away. But its coming up pretty frequent can anyone tell me whats up? Please.

Could it be dirty/sticky throttle body or TPS(throttle position sensor)?
