P0221 -Cadillac 2011 STS. Should I just replace the sensor or the whole throttle body ?

My service stability system light came on again. 1st time 2 weeks ago it went off after I shit the car off. Yesterday it came on but this time the engine light stayed on. Got a diagnostic at autozone. It read throttle position sensor. Now my remote start doesn't work & my sensors when I reverse is going off & not working properly

P0221 Throttle position sensor 2 performance

There no way to replace the TPS it part of the throttle body. This explains  why the sensor is non operational when going reverse.  and why the remote will not work
