2002 Nissan Maxima SE V6 3.5L, can a P1800 code cause a P0300 code to come up as well?

Hi there,

It is possible for this code to cause the P0300 multiple misfire code. If the reason for the VIAS code (P1800) is a vacuum leak, then it's possible it's causing the misfire code to appear.
