i have the code p1009 in my 2006 civic si and it won't fire properly

I drove it into garage, jacked it up, changed the right front shock out, let it back down, and it wouldn't start. it cranks fires and starts but sputters then dies. pulled code p1009 vtc advance malfunction. changed the vtc oil control solenoid still not start.

VTC solenoid code (P1009) which means that Vtec is stuck on, check your oil, battery voltage if its low try to jump
