2004 land rover P0011

What do you do when you get a P0011 code on a 2004 Range Rover?  I replaced timing chain guide rails and tensioner and double-checked cam timing by specs.  Then the code.  No misfire. Runs fine.

Remove and clean the camshaft position sensor and clear the code. if the codes comes back, you may have to replaced the sensor.
