I have a 2004 Land Rover Freelander and I have a code P2098 any help, please?

P2098 Post catalyst fuel trim too lean

Vacuum leak at or near the intake will cause a lean code condition , a misfire condition with the igntion system should also be check, if there is a rough idle caused by a misfire it does not even have to set a misfire code.
