I have a 2002 Kia Spectra and it's shooting gas out the tailpipe and the engine code of p0264 what I should do?

This code is for a problem with the injector circuit. You need a noid light to make sure the injector harness has pulse, then if it does the injectors need to be checked with a volt meter to make sure one isn't stuck open and allowing constant fuel. If it is, then it needs to be replaced. This would explain the fuel out of the tail pipe. If all the injectors are tested and come back good then the O2 sensor should be replaced to resolve the problem.
