2010 Mercedes Benz GL350 P20BE redunctant heater

The engine light is on and after using OBD II it shows code P20BE and Reductant heated B control performance permanent...Not sure what that means. Can someone help, please help.

Start by checking the Adblue Tank Heater wiring and connection, if the connection is OK, then the Adblue Tank Heater is the most likely cause of the problem.
