2010 Mercedes Benz GL350 V6 Diesel with code P20B9

I have a 2010 Mercedes Benz GL350 V6 Diesel, showing an engine sign. When connected to the computer, the code for the engine light shows P20B9-Generic. Can anyone tell what needs to be fixed in order to get rid of this engine sign?

The P20b9 code will be set when the Engine Control Module (ECM) indicates the reductant tank heater control circuit is open for greater than 4 s.
