1995 Pontiac with code engine P1441, EVAP canister purge solenoid

Hi there

This code does mean there is purge flow during non purge flow conditions. It can be caused by a bad purge solenoid, but also it's possible the fuel tank pressure sensor is causing the code. Most often it is the purge solenoid. Here is some info on the code.
