P0141 -DODGE NEON HAVE REPLACED BOTH 02 SENSORS AFTER FEW WEEKS CHECK ENGINE LIGHT BACK ON

1995 DODGE NEON replaced both sensors seemed fine for a couple months then light came back on went to advance auto where i purchased parts and they told me to research it on line i dont know if this has anything to do with the problem but when the light reappeared was after driving in bad rain storm shut off car next morning light came on again had someone look at it and i think they reset light to go off with disconnect battery terminal has been off for a week and i drove yesterday in the rain again parked my car and when i cranked my car this morning light back on . after i replaced both sensors gas usage was very good now my car drinks about double the gas since light reappeared
