On a 2003 Ford Mondeo ST220 with code P0152 how to fix it?

This code is for the O2 sensor circuit high, bank 2 sensor 1.

In most cases replacing the first sensor on bank 2 will resolve the issue. There can be outside causes for this code as well. Possible issues with the wiring harness or intake or exhaust leaks as well. Most often however replacing the sensor will resolve the problem.
