2006 Ford Mondeo 2.0L tdci with code P0125, what does it mean? Glow plug starts flashing and then the engine dies, it will restart when switched off and switched back on.

This code is actually related to the cooling system or the engine not getting hot enough for closed loop. This is not the likely cause of the engine shutting down on you.
