What am I missing? no start at times/stalling while driving

Had replaced cap,rotor,plugs,wires, igniter, coil; still same p1300 code, same symptoms; please help... Drives ok 1-2days, and again same thing happens.

Vehicle: 1997 Camry 2.2 4 cyl AT
