P0740, P0758, P0785, P0745 all these codes have come up at one time. what to do?

2003 Chevrolet S10 4.3L V6 4WD I have replaced the catalytic converter 3 times already. anyways loss of power has me suspecting a clogged cat. again. service engine soon light come on last night and engine performance went away. also, the 10-amp fuse #11 for the cluster keeps blowing
