Can you please explain the OBDII Code P1354 appearing in a 2001 Toyota Highlander. Replaced all coils one year ago. Then replaced coil #4 two weeks ago but car still shudders as if trying to stall and then this code appears. Car has oil changes on time and throttle body cleaned. Please help.

Vehicle: 2001, Toyota, Highlander, 3.0, V-6

HI there

This code is for a variable valve timing malfunction on bank 2.

There can be several causes for this code, low or dirty oil are the simple and most common issues. You can also have a probem with the VVT solenoid which would be an electrical issue or an actual mechanical problem with the timing.
