I have a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt the has the engine light on with the error code of po452, can this be a self-repair?

This code is for the fuel tank pressure sensor. This is something you can replace yourself, however I would first have the system checked for evap leaks. They can cause this code to appear. The FTP sensor is mounted to the canister under the car.
