P0705 TOYOTA - I have a 2007 Toyota Yaris that keeps pulling this code; how do I correct and what part(s) are needed for repair?

This code is for the transmission range sensor. This is mounted under the shift cable on the outside of the transmission and usually is what's required to repair the code.
