I got the code B2799 on my 2007 Toyota Yaris, is it possible to be the immobilizer?

i have a problem with my 2007 Toyota Yaris 1.4L doesn't start in the morning. the engine cranks but there is no injection fuel. I replaced every thing it's possible to cause that (sensors diesel pumps relays m.a.f.) and no result. the car starts on only if warm up the ECU with hot air or moves the key back front to the lights many times. after it starts there are no problems for the rest of the day and the cars works perfect

B2799 is a key issue, you might have a bad ECM or wire harness issue

the testing below is for a gasoline engine, I'm not sure if its the same.
