what is code p0253 mean for a 2001 Chrysler LHS 3.5 liter?

code p0235 shows up after replacing stuck shut EGR valve (p0403,405,406 codes) and all the spark plugs( fuel fouled on 1 side of the motor, near the EGR valve), still have bogging down on acceleration, rough idle. car has 170, plus miles, trying to help a school teacher..
