Nissan Maxima 2002 Codes P0011 & P0138...

Question

With code P0138 does that mean that I have to change the bank 1 Sensor 2 oxygen sensor? If that is the case what tool would I need to fix this problem?

What does P0011 mean?

Both codes came up when my Nissan Maxima was scanned, which code is the check engine light for?

P0138 NISSAN - HO2S12 Circuit High Voltage

You need a 22mm wrench to remove the sensor.
