Based on the P0011 and P0021 codes, it is very likely the car is low on oil. The parts you need for these 2 codes are the variable intake timing contrl solenoids. For both to fail at the same time would be extremely rare.

For the P0300, it is possible the solenoids not working properly are causing the 300 code.
