I have maxima 2002 and codes p0138 twicw and p0430 nedd replace de oxigen sensor

I have twice p0138 and p0430

Vehicle: 2002, nissan maxima 3.5 engine

p0138 is for the oxygen sensor on Bank 1 Sensor 2 but P0430 means the catalytic converter could be bad, replace the sensor first and see if it fixes both problems.
