How to fix 2007 Dodge Caliber code's P0581, P0585, P0593?

Question

This is a 2007 Dodge Caliber. It also has P0420 : efficiency below threshold bank 1.
This is my daughter's car & she needs it to get to work & back home. Anything to help is, & will be greatly appreciated!

The P0420 code is for the Catalytic Converter, usually, you can drive your vehicle without any problem, but it will fail the emissions test due to the bad Catalytic Converter. All the other codes are related to the cruise control. Are there any other symptoms besides the engine codes?
