P0488 - PO122

Question

Hi i have a toyota 3.0d4d 1KD-FTV

i had a fault code of runner flaps not reachuing their lower limit so i removed the intake manifold and cleaned the flaps off, i re assemlbed and the code for the runner flaps are gone but i now have 2 fault codes which i can not rectify and i dont understand what i did wrong to cause them

the codes are PO122 and PO488 and the engine wont rev, any suggestions and or help is most welcome
