Car won't start checked all fuses relays

Question

Hello, I have a no crank and no start I checked starter alternator battery is good I put battery on charge when I put key to the on possession battery voltage drops immediately I have more questions but I'll start with this problem thanks

The engine code P0011 may not be related to the No Crank - No Start problem. If the engine is not cranking, you should check the starter motor or the connection to the starter motor. The ignition switch and the Engine Control Module (ECM) are also plausible causes of the problem.

The P0011 is for the Intake Camshaft Position System which may cause a No Start problem, but the engine will crank. The most likely cause of the problem is the Intake Camshaft Position (CMP) Actuator Solenoid.

Good afternoon I did change both Actuators put a new ECM  did the relearn process still didn't start I can jump my crank relay car crank that way but no start I did compression test that was good two of the cylinders were 190 the other two were 200 fuel pressure was like 60 took off fuel rail getting fuel to rail but not out injectors I've cleaned the still nothing
