How to erase permanent fault codes

I have a 2017 Chevy Malibu I was having issues with my driver side headlight I went to change it with a new bulb and it's still not work so I tested for voltage I had voltage I made the mistake of pulling a fuse relay out of the hood fuse box and it ended up being the relay to the power control module ever since then my vehicle has been running fine but I am throwing lots of codes in my dash cluster will not work at all it lights up when I start the car but all the gauges do not work in every light is on except for my check engine light but it is still throwing codes could somebody please help me diagnose the issue. The codes I'm throwing are p1682 p16A7 those are permanent codes I cannot erase but I am also throwing code b1325 b2575 b3110 u0100 u0155 u0401c0242 u0420 any information on how to diagnosis would be great thank you

You either have a bad or missing relay. Check the relays #31 and #66

I tried you swap out the relay with the exact same relay that's in my wife's Malibu and I still have the same issue.
 Furthermore I was trying to test all my relays and voltages going to them and I'm only getting 0.1 volts on the sockets for the powertrain relay number 66 and I made the mistake of putting relay number 73 in backwards for my starter and now my car will not even turn over I have no idea what to do boss any suggestions and thank you for contributing

Your next step is to check all the fuses, one by one. If possible, pull out every fuse to make sure the fuse is OK.
