Have gearbox fault light , in limp mode

Question

I have an 03 jaguar x-type changed fuild got a gearbox fault light and went into limp mode stuck in 4th gear I believe, also headlights don't work or j gate lights, or cruise control.... the parking lights and fog lights work still and brights if I hold them on, gives me the code p1643, p1000 , p1643 again, I checked my tcm looks very clean no water damage or anything, stumped, help!
