P0741 Ford Code on my 2001 Jaguar S-type 3L

Question

I just had a gearbox fault message come up in my 2001 Jaguar s-type 3L after it slipped at around 45km/h. It just happens at random and not often at all. So, I had the transmission flushed and the filter changed then I had the same problem happen after. I hooked my OBD 2 scanner up and under the ford setting I had the code P0741 come up. How can I verify if it is a electrical or mechanical problem? I'm praying its just a bad solinoid
