How to test and fix oxygen sensors

2008 Chrysler 300 limited
All 4 oxygen sensors are reading codes. P0052 p0058 p0032 p0038. What is the likelihood they all 4 are bad? How do I determine and fix this? They won't clear with the scan tool.

It is not likely that all the sensors will fail at the same time. The codes are for the Heater part of the Oxygen Sensor. Check if there is a good ground at the heater part of the sensors, if the ground is OK, then you have a problem with the Powertrain Control Module (PCM)
