Did you ever find an answer on another board or site? We've had these codes for well over a year and the only solutions (if you can even call it that) was to buy a little hand-held OBDII scanner that would clear the codes for us every few starts and to only drive the car 10 miles MAX per day.

Bad alternators could set many unrelated codes, but if you have a bad alternator, you can't properly diagnose any other components. I recommend fixing the alternator before trying to fix any other codes or replacing any components.
