1409 2001 Mazda Tribute

Question

COde 1409 Keeps coming back. Changed the back flow sensor, EGR solenoid, and replaced the PCV valve. Cleared codes. Light comes back on after second start.

Check the power and ground to the egr solenoid. Also, check and make sure there is a good vacuum through it. Check and make sure the egr port is not plugged with carbon.
