Spark plug replacement 2003 Mazda tribute

Just had my spark plugs replaced. They are under the intake manifold. Code reader says P0113

This is possibly the result of having the intake off. If the maf sensor wasn't completely plugged in this can happen. Also, it is possible the wire inside the sensor broke during the work.
