P1196 code for my 2003 Jeep Liberty Limited 3.7L

My Jeep just passed inspection back in March. I just noticed yesterday my check engine light was on (solid yellow). Today I bought a code reader, hooked it up and received the p1196 code. Can I still drive my jeep with this p1196 code?
