2004 Jeep Liberty Limited 3.7L with code P0172, P0173, and P0132. Bad 02 sensor? Thinking 02 sensors?

P0172 Fuel trim too rich (Bank 1)

P0173 Fuel trim malfunction (bank 2)

P0132 02 sensor circuit voltage high  ( Bank 1 Sensor 1)

When there is a circuit voltage high with the 02 sensor then yes , you would need the 02 sensor to work in order to maintain fuel control, but it would not cause  a fuel trim to go too rich  it would not even set a fuel trim code. So its only possible that you have 2 seperate problems, a fuel trim that went to rich and a 02 sensor that the ECM does not even see.
