how to fix codes po60e, p2135, p2138, po641 2006 trailblazer ext

Question

2006 trailblazer ext, codes po60e, p2135, p2138, po641. I have had pcm flashed, replaced pedal sensor,pedal pigtail,throttle body,and checked all pcm grounds that I have seen 2 on fender 1 on cowl still receive these codes randomly maybe 10 miles or 100 miles any help where to go next would be greatly appriceated
