C120A how to set intial setting incomplete

Hi everyone and thank you in advanve. What happen that I change the ABC CONTROL UNIT and I can't calibrate the zero point i have a fault code of C120A ECM initial setting incomplete so please is new to me to inform the ECM THE ABS has been changed can someone help or hint me how.

You help will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

You have to use an OBDII scanner.
