code u0101,new engine 3 month ago,what should I do,can I still drive

Engine light on ,wont pick up speed,car wouldn't cut off,when it did cut off,the engine light was still on. Had to disconnect battery to get the light off . Now battery dead,never had battery problem.code U0101. Rebuilt engine 3 months ago. Took it back,they said ,take to dealer. What should I do . Can I still drive?
