I have a 2005 Toyota that has codes pop up please help.

My Toyota Sienna has codes c1223, c1241, c1246, p0300, p0301, p0302, p0303, p0304, p0305, p0306, p0504, and p0571. What do theses codes mean? About two weeks ago I had my rear brakes replace, an now with the codes i have to use the little button on the gear shift to get out of Park. Please advise as to what i should do regarding codes and if anyone else has had these issue.

Vehicle: 2005 Toyota, Sienna V6
